We built EverFlow because we needed it ourselves.
When we planned our own wedding, we expected it to be a joyful creative project. Instead, we found ourselves drowning in a sea of options, spreadsheets, and well-meaning but conflicting advice.
We felt the decision fatigue. We felt the weight of external expectations and the silent pressure to "get it right." And we felt the strain of trying to manage a complex, multi-day celebration while maintaining our demanding careers. We realized that the industry was great at selling "pretty," but not so great at providing peace.

From Consulting to Celebration
Before EverFlow, we spent years in Big-4 consulting. Our days were defined by solving complex problems, designing efficient systems, and helping clients navigate uncertainty.
We realized that wedding planning is, at its core, a complex project management challenge—just one with a lot more emotion attached. We decided to apply that same rigorous, process-oriented thinking to the wedding world.
Our Mission
To design a better, calmer way through the process. We identify where couples get stuck and build systems to carry them through. We are here to support you through one of the most important transitions of your life—without the overwhelm.
Let's plan something meaningful.
We are your advocates, your guides, and your steady hand.
