Partial Planning, Design & Execution

You have booked the venue and a few of the big names. We fill the vendor gaps, own the design, keep everyone talking, and run the events themselves. This is where most of our couples land, and it includes everything in our coordination and execution service.
What we take on:
- Everything in coordination and execution
- Minor vendor sourcing, plus emergency sourcing when something falls through
- Monthly planning meetings
- Theme and design development
- Vendor gap analysis across what you have already booked
- Timeline and logistics build-out
- Site visit coordination
- Vendor communication and confirmations
- On-site execution for your key events
- Full access to the EverFlow planning platform
Whichever package you choose, you'll have four of us on site at every one of your events, two of them head planners. We'll also build your photo shot list with you, so nothing you care about gets missed.
Coordination and execution only
By requestAlready planned it all yourself and just need the day run properly? We step in 8 weeks out, build the timeline, confirm your vendors and bring a full production team on site. No vendor sourcing. Priced per event once we know what the day involves.

Every event after the first is half price.
Mehndi, sangeet, ceremony, reception. When you book multiple events with us under the same package, your first event is at the package rate and every event after it is 50% off that rate. The more of your celebration we run, the less you pay per event.
