The EverFlow Studio

Your wedding, gently in order.

Every couple we work with gets access to EverFlow Studio.* It's a space we built to meet the real challenges of planning, one that adapts to the way your wedding actually takes shape. Less time lost in spreadsheets, group chats, and scattered inboxes. More time spent on what matters most.

Inside the Studio

A calmer way, one detail at a time.

01 · Workspace

One calm space. Just the two of you.

The old way

Important decisions get lost in group chats that move too fast, with too many opinions weighing in. By morning, no one remembers what was actually decided.

In the Studio

Every part of your wedding, vision, design, vendors, and documents lives in one place, the two of you can return to anytime, with everything where you left it.

02 · Vendors

Vendors, without the chase.

The old way

Emails sent. Days of silence. A generic quote when it finally arrives, then two or three follow-ups before a contract appears and quietly disappears into your inbox.

In the Studio

Browse our curated list of trusted vendors and tell us who you’d like to explore. We handle the outreach for you, with live updates as each one moves from contacted, to replied, to booked. Contracts and files all land in the same calm place.

03 · Guests

RSVPs that respect every event, every family, every detail.

The old way

A homemade spreadsheet or a generic RSVP site that wasn’t built for weddings with more than one event. A family of six gets crammed into a single yes/no. Dietary needs and accommodations live in another doc. You stitch it all together yourself.

In the Studio

One link per family captures who’s coming to which event, what they eat, and whether they need somewhere to stay. Every answer flows straight into your guest list and seating chart. No separate tool, no spreadsheet, no copy-paste.

04 · Seating

Seating you can see, not seating you have to track.

The old way

A messy spreadsheet where you count heads by hand and try to remember which family still needs to be moved. Every new RSVP means rebuilding tables and second-guessing whether the next family will all fit. It’s never quite right, and it’s never quite finished.

In the Studio

See every family, every table, and every empty seat in one view. Drag a guest to a new spot and watch the whole family rearrange around them. The chart tells you when a family is fully seated, how many guests still need a place, and where the room is filling up, all updating live as RSVPs come in.

05 · Budget

A budget that always knows where you stand.

The old way

A spreadsheet you build by event, vendor by vendor, until it gets messy and you start second-guessing every number. How much is the deposit? What’s still owed? When is the next payment due? The weight of remembering it all falls on you, usually right when you have the least time for it.

In the Studio

Your budget breaks down live by event and by vendor, updating as payments clear and contracts change. You see exactly where you are against your overall plan, so every decision comes with financial clarity instead of guesswork. When the wedding is over, you’ll have a full record of where every dollar went.

06 · Aesthetic

Inspiration in one place, with the why attached.

The old way

Pinterest boards, screenshots, saved Instagram stories, posts you keep meaning to send to your planner. The pieces of your vision live in five different apps, and even when you share them, no one quite knows what you loved about each one.

In the Studio

Gather every piece of inspiration in one shared space. Add a note on each one. What caught your eye, what you’d want to recreate, what to leave behind. Your planner and decorator see the full picture, the way you see it.

Aanya’s note

Warm brass and marigold, kept quiet. Lean into candles over fairy lights.

07 · Timeline

A wedding day that runs itself, because we’re running it.

The old way

A schedule you typed at 2am and then spent weeks communicating to vendors, family, and the wedding party. Endless texts about timing, what to bring, where to stand. By the morning of, half the people aren’t sure of the plan, and the weight of holding it all together lands on you.

In the Studio

We build the itinerary with you, moment by moment, and keep it current as the day takes shape. Every vendor, family member, and point person knows where to be, when to be there, and what they’re responsible for. Even the small stuff, like making sure your wedding cake actually makes it home with you. The studio keeps it all aligned in the background. You stay present.
